Acer YF243Y P monitor flicker after upgrading to 3060

I had a 2060 and everything was fine but I ran DDU, installed my new EVGA RTX 3060 XC, installed the latest Game Ready Drivers, and ever since then, my main monitor has been flickering. It's not bad and sometimes hard to notice, but the fact that it even happens and is noticeable is annoying, especially when playing games. I've tried running DDU multiple times after the fact, changing refresh rates, disabling G-Sync, and FreeSync in my monitor's settings, running a clean install of NVIDIA drivers, and not even configuring anything in the control panel, leaving my settings at default, and today I even replaced the monitor as it was within the 30 day mark. I've uninstalled all old drivers for EVERYTHING that I could see in Device Manager. I also tried changing the output dynamic range back to Limited from Full, and updating my BIOS.

Sometimes it's just in my games. I figured that out by clipping my screen when it would flicker, and playing it back. When the flickering didn't appear in the recording, I knew it wasn't just my game. Plus, it happens when I'm just browsing the web too. But it's only like a 0.5 ms or 1 ms flicker.

I just swittched my primary displays, and my monitor still caught a couple flickers. I disconnected my GPU and reconnected it and still nothing. PCI Express cable looks intact and connected securely from the PSU to the card.

My PC Specs:
Display 1: Acer Nitro XF243Y Pbmiiprx 23.8" 1080p @ 165Hz 0.5ms (DisplayPort)
Display 2: Acer GN246HL 24" 1080p @ 60Hz 1ms (HDMI)
Motherboard: MSI MEG Z490 UNIFY
CPU: Intel Core i9-10900K 10-Core 3.7 GHz
Graphics Card: EVGA RTX 3060 XC
RAM: G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 32GB DDR4 3200
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650W GA

Quote:This morning I replaced the displayport cable. I had been using a 6' long cord that I bought separately from my monitor as the one that came with my monitor was too short for my setup. I re-positioned my monitors and am using the cable that came with my monitor. I only had about an hour on my PC before work this morning, after I did that, so I'll update the thread and let you know in a day or so if this happens to have fixed it.

EDIT: Did not fix. I can recreate the issue in Call of Duty: MW by either clicking from monitor to monitor a few times, or by minimizing a window I have open, on the same monitor I have the game on (I use fullscreen borderless)

EDIT: Swapped my 3060 out for my 2060 OC and it still had the flicker. I uninstalled the 21h1 update and that didn't change anything. Through researching, I found this could be a potential culprit of the flickering.

So far, after restoring back to the point before I updated to 21h1, I have not noticed any flickering and I can no longer recreate the issue in COD: MW.
I did manage to create a restore point before I updated to 21h1 and I used system restore to restore to that point.

Are all drivers up-to-date? Windows as well?

What happens when you use the highest refresh rate possible? If the monitor has buttons, change the refresh rate there. Any improvements?

Have you already tried replacing both cables you are using? (Use a different HDMI and DisplayPort cable)

Tried all of this. This morning I replaced the displayport cable. Updated with the fix (that worked for me) and it's all thanks to Windows 21H1 update.
