After doing some digging on this guy, his CoinPayments is registered under name "Ramwalker". On another forums he has posted 2 DIFFERENT Bulk SMS services, BOTH with different telegrams. So a total of 3 different telegrams selling all Bulk SMS. Deal with caution everyone. Extreme caution. [warn]

its doesn't make any sense, if you want to do business start contract .
