Guys i have tried many times to encrypt a message PGP but all of the trying came back with failed ! i do not know how can i send encrypt a message with the correct way. Please help me to find my needs

Protonmail will give out your data to law enforcement though, even when there isn't a good reason to do so. I also use them for some email accounts, but I would not trust them with data that is sensitive enough to require PGP encryption.

Don't use email for sensitive data. As of making accounts and school/work obligations use tutanota and guerilla/temp mail.

Yes, tutanota is considered to be somewhat secure. Also riseup, however you'll need an invite for that.
