Yes of course you can send more than 1 or add BCC.
The idea is though, it runs through a .txt list of emails line by line.

It really depends what you're using the software for.

If you wanted to use it to mass mail newsletters it would be legal....
or if you wanted to spam blackhat things, it would be illegal...
