When he says voluptuous I assume he means curvy/bigger or big juicers. I have 3 real models I use and rent, they're all under 5'8 ish. He'll "rent" the model to you for a set price $ (usually weekly in my case) then you can directly message her for requests, when you run a premium you can get live pics and send to clients or upload it on your snap, that's usually the benefit of real models, as well as real verification to make the people think you're legit.
