it was a filter, because a lot of bots are spamming for advertisement

we are almost always active in Jabber, also the service were stopped for a while to rework the project a bit, because Windows Defender was detecting it. Its FUD again, so the offers are back up and running the Builder is in Console app at the moment, but we are going to make the changes to the one with the UI this week probably, so if you guys want, just wait for a while, till we bring back the normal Builder
