When working with CPA networks  I have been reported back to the network three times now for spam. How can I protect myself against identification? They have obviously got my affiliate link and used that to report, but surely there's a way for my link to be hidden and to redirect (from a blogger for example) without showing my link in the address bar and still display the blog address even though the redirect completes? And maybe also even hide it in the page if they were to try to inspect the html ? And finally how to reliably ensure that I blank the referer to the network so that that can't be linked to me either.
