my account got temporarily banned

hey guys idk if i can post that here if not ill take it down

so 4-5 months ago I asked my friend to keep my money in his binance account because I was addicted to trading and is as losing a lot of money so I sent him about 20000$ and after 1 month he told me that he will send my money back to me
so he sent me 48000$ instead and told me to take my 20k$ and send him back his 28000$ but to his other account on p2p transaction so after 5 mins he told me that his account got banned and he told me that I should withdraw my money fast because my account will get banned too I didn't believe him so I didn't care much because I didn't do anything wrong at this point but after several hours I noticed that I cant withdraw from my account my money so I contacted binance support and they told me that my account will be temporarily banned and I should return to a specific ID *********** 48000$
because they money is stolen I was shocked by the answer which money my money ? i even don't have 48000$ what are you talking about they told me that my account will stay banned if I will not have 48000$ in my account and send it back .
after 2 months i tried to contact with the support team again and they told me that they transaction that happened is against the rules of binance platform and they insist that i should read the rules again ( they were talking about p2p transaction ) and my account will stay banned for many bullshit reasons i just sent my money to my friend and he sent it back after 1 month so what is the big deal in this
can someone help me with that ?

Perhaps his part of the of the funds (28k) are stolen? Also, I wouldn't move funds between friends like that on Binance. Your tax reports will be a mess.

Keep in touch with Binance. Don't get angry, try to understand that there is an issue and they as an exchange have their way of handling things. See what the issue is and ask what you can do to get your 20k back.

Reading your post again, you said your friend sent you 48k but then you said you don't even have 48k?

I think your friend is doing with something shady. Why would he send you an extra 28k and then ask you to do a P2P exchange? I'm sorry but I think only Binance can really help you with this, or perhaps your friend if he starts speaking up.

it's dirty money.tell your friend use monero next time and swap it a lot.
Really sucks to be in this situation...I guess this is the pure definition of not your keys not your coins.
Sounds like you friend kinda fucked you

They say stolen funds. It's likely stolen funds. Your story is BS anyways. A friend sent you $48k asking that you send him back $28k. Like really bro? Either you're a liar or a fool.

Personally I don't believe your story and my guess is you have no friend that sent you $48k. This is you stealing funds, trying to wash them through accounts and when you got caught you hope you can lie to somehow get those funds back.

But maybe someone else is more gullible and might believe your original story. Keep us updated on how it goes.

Fool or liar. I said one of the two.
What does dirty money mean? Or stolen money? From a hacked exchange or?
To be fair, if you’ve already lost “over $100k” I’d add another $20k to it and (if the story isn’t the complete BS it sounds like it sounds like), learn not to be a fool in the future.
Sig for sale. Weekly minimum. $2 per day. 2 weeks: $15, 3 weeks: $25, 1 month: $35. Accepting crypto as payment.
your friend is probably using "dirty" money meaning dirty crypto that has been used for illegal activities and they traced it back to you. he is getting away with clean funds and leaving you with the dirty funds. might want to find that friend IRL and have a talk with them.
also sending 20k or 48k worth of funds back and forth will result in being taxed like hell.

Sounds like you were intentionally or unintentionally involved in some very sketchy shit. That amount of money stolen gets people prosecuted potentially also. Definitely concerning, I would at least do a free consultation with an attorney if you receive any letters regarding the matter. Don't talk to any cops.
