Why, as I gave smtp.office365.com

Port: 587 e-mail and password in the keylogger does not send me a message to this e-mail. I clicked "test email" and it sent me a message from my e-mail, but after activating the keylogging on my computer and another computer, it does not send me messages with clicks. I have AV disabled and my mail is on outlook. please help.

I wouldn't recommend using an email as your medium to get the keylog data. Look into programming a reverse shell, a backdoor. Or just simply save the logs in a file, somewhere hidden, and then when you need to, just access the file -- if you have easy access to the computer that is.
