Hey friends,
I started jogging about 3 weeks ago. I jog and run 4~5km 3 times a week.
Recently I started having knees pain with walking/running and it's getting a bit worse.
After googling different locations of knee pain my pain is exactly where it's called "Pes Anserine".
I would like to know if I can get an opinion from people here, is it serious? Also what ways to treat it do you guys recommend?
Thanks!
Dumb fucks like us won't give you a proper answer.
Why not visit a physician? And if it's hurting when you walk/run, buy a knee brace

Because it's late today. I'll try to get an appointment this week. This seems like a common thing to happen so I figured if there are a few trainers here they will be able to guide me until I visit the doctor.

Honestly, buying a knee brace could help you.
I wouldn't force the knee until you visit the doctor just so you don't fuck it up any further.
Better be safe than sorry

I'll get one of those. Do you wear it daily or just when I jog?

I would just wear it daily tbh, I don't think it can do you any harm
