I would definitely take the advice above by @Incog on this one.

first of all you need a botnet source specifically targeted to be ran as LOADER, not other sources USED AS "loaders", otherwise this will just result in a not supported botnet, not supported bots functions or not well coded for the use you need.
Why waste your time and energies for a botnet that will just ruin your clients?
Before using a specifically source it's better to study the botnets functions & features, otherwise I will never stop to suggest hiring a personal dev for coding your own source for your personal needs.
If you don't have money use a free open-source (ALWAYS AVOID CRACKED SOURCES, BINDED BUILDERS, BACKDOORS ETC ETC...).
