I have a target (https://buildingdetroit.org) whom I need to resolve the IP address behind Cloudflare. I have tried resolver sites and had zero luck resolving the IP address behind Cloudflare and I would like to pay Bitcoin to someone who can resolve their IP address that hosts Building Detroit's website and that is not a Cloudflare IP as I need to bypass some of the restrictions on the target.

This is all with the permission of DLBA (Building Detroit).
