I am an old HF member was pretty active in Ew section

Ive been ew in 2017-2019 but did quit for some life changing things that happen to me

Now I am on tough times and would like some suggestions about the active methods more like whatever these times are for, etc.

Nothing detailed. I will do the search myself just tryna get names of techniques to dig.
