Find the associated registry keys, look at the Microsoft GPO files, they will have what keys, I'm not providing, think of it as an exercise for the reader.

There's multiple ways, best one is to edit the policy using the GPO api - https : //docs . microsoft . com/en-us/windows/win32/api/_policy/

You could also use WMI ProcessTrace component to check which processes are launching and then terminate them.
