Only way I see is by running a malware with "UAC bypass" in order to bypass the fact that you don't have admin privileges. The malware also needs to have a windows defender killer.

UAC bypasses don't actually bypass if there is a password restriction on running things with administrator privileges. All the UAC bypass does is bypass the visible part of running something as administrator, it removes the prompt and the need to click "Yes" on the prompt.
