You may know this method already. I'm in the UK and it's £12 a month so I wanted a cheap way to do it.
It took me 2 accounts to get this right.
Step 1.
Have a google account with a clear google payments. https://payments.google.com/payments/hom...entMethods Go here and make sure all payments are clear. Also clear the address out.
Step 2.
Use Windscribe VPN, will cost u 2 USD to sign up to Indian VPN.
Then go here and invite all your family members https://families.google.com/families
It's KEY that all of the members accept the invite BEFORE you sign up to YouTube Premium. Otherwise it will say "Country of your family does not match yours"
Step 3.
While VPN is connected, sign up to YouTube Premium and for the address, use the following: https://www.coolgenerator.com/in-address-generator
Make sure the state in India matches the postcode.
For payment method, use a fee free card such as Monzo or Starling for it to work. You will be charged in Indian rupees.
Step 4. Enjoy.
