Afternoon everyone at HF!

I was scrolling through the lounge and noticed I had reached a total of 300 threads/discussions created. To me this was amazing to see as I do try involve myself within the community. Over 5 years time I'd say it sounds about right to have around the 300 mark.

How many do you guys have? And what's your reason for NOT creating discussions.

My reason for not creating discussions is that I already procrastinate far too much - I dread to think how much time I waste on sites like this when I should be working or doing something constructive.

Luckily im also on the move and tend to browse HF through mobile.

I have made 27 threads over the many years. I normally don't like making my own threads, I usually lurk probably 90% of the time. Only when I find posts that can generate a good discussion, that's when I actively participate as opposed to just lurking.

I have created 616 threads.

Can't think of any reason to not make a thread other than to not get warned or banned, I could easily shitpost if I wanted to tho, but sometimes I'll make like 50+ comments in a day and wonder why tf I wasted my time on a MyBB based forum xD

Real talk tho HF is pretty damn cool, just not as cool as it was 5-10 years ago.

I'm only at 10, and the reason is don't like creating random threads or discussions, especially when there are so many out there, if I create something, it needs to be on interest to me and not just a random thread for posts, if I don't find it interesting or it already exists in one way or the other, I'd just go about my day.

45~, 90% of them are now useless but many more to come
