Neither ipvanish nor N-o-r-d allow port forwarding.
I'm not using HF much, expect long reply times.
My old XMPP ([email protected]) is dead, use [email protected] instead.

Nor AzireVPN allows that.

That's interesting:

ovpn Wrote:The port number will be in the range of 49152–65534 as we follow RFC6335 guidelines regarding assigned port numbers.

A brilliant idea, because all the standard ports used for RATs are not among them.
Just today we had to terminate the accounts of three customers after Spamhaus entries:

RemcosRAT, AsyncRAT, NanoCore: No VPN provider wants crap like this, because it is the cause of Spamhaus entries.
Hence the restrictive port forwarding rules.
Hey Guys, Please have look at OSVPN Solution with port forwarding. the trails subscription is start with 1 $ only for 24 hours.

Right now I'm using hide.me as a VPN, but I was wondering if there is another free VPN that's more trusted by the community? ovpn and mullvad seem like they don't have a free option available.

Don't even bother with a free VPN, They have less incentive to protect your data than your ISP. If you're not paying for the product you are the product.
I recommend running your own VPN on a VPS. Wireguard or OpenVPN are good choices but you can use whatever you want. You can manually set it up or use one of these scripts.

For port forwarding you're going to need to add a firewall rule. Here's an example for nftables. This rule will need to be put in the prerouting chain. If you're using iptables google some examples.

Example #1:  ip saddr 0.0.0.0/0 ip daddr 1.2.3.4 tcp dport 4321 dnat to 10.9.0.4:4321
In this example, the server's public IP is 1.2.3.4 and the TCP port you want to forward is 4321.

Example #2:  ip saddr 0.0.0.0/0 ip daddr 1.2.3.4 udp dport 9876 dnat to 10.9.0.4:9876
In this example, the server's public IP is 1.2.3.4 and the UDP port you want to forward is 9876.
We offer remote port forwarding and don't log user IPs.
An annual account with a shared IP costs €30 EUR: https://nvpn.net/order.php
As long as you don't use RATs behind our servers that lead to Spamhaus entries, you are welcome to purchase an account from us.
I want to buy vpn but i have some questions to ask. please send me a private message
Try using NVPN or you could buy a vps
