Hello,

I am looking to retrieve a lost Gmail account that's very important to me. Unfortunately, I lost my phone a while back and therefore lost my 2FA. I never saved the backup codes either, as I have never had this issue before with any other 2FA enabled accounts/devices - as most websites offer alternative routines to recover as well. I'm able to prove the location of where my Gmail account has previously logged in, some contents of what is in my emails, my current and previous password, some websites my email is signed up to etc. I can prove it is my account any way, but Google don't help.

I've tried to go through the recovery process on g.co/recover but it just keeps saying this before I even get a chance to input any information or send them an email/message.



Anyone able to retrieve the account for me? Let me know, thank you.

back in 2012 I had someone hack into my father's gmail and turn on 2fa. Google was unable to help me recover the gmail even though the account was made in the USA and the hacker was from some bum fuck middle east country. I hope someone helps you get your account back.

It's pretty fucking stupid mate. Like, unless I was the owner of the account, how could I provide them information like a heap of content inside the email account, the location it was created, every password ever used etc.

Keep emailing them, It happened to me 3yrs ago i lost my primary email and eventually i guess they must've seen the # of tickets by me explaining the situation and i got my account back after verifying just my city/state and previous pass.

I cannot see anywhere to email them. I tried their community forums which was the only thing I could find, but nobody helped me there.

Yeah I did notice that guide mate, thank you.

The only issue is, whenever I go to the recovery link and try to fill out any of the questions/details, I immediately get that message that I showed you above - stating it's unable to verify me. This is BEFORE I even get a chance to do the questions.

I was able to recover using the mask of the proxy, which was a successful login. And login via a new android device (Pixel 3).
