However tempted you may be to buy a GPU that is in stock, do NOT buy AMD's Radeon RX 6500 XT. In technical terms, it is absolute dogshit, lacking hardware video encoding (can't stream/capture) and was designed for laptops with secondary APUs.

With you on this.
Everyone needs to let the scalpers lose money on this one.

There shouldn't even be an issuing with scalping because straight up nobody should be buying this product that is out performed by 5 year old cards.

In the same price range, what do you recommend?
Never hesitate. You'll always regret not going for it.
Thanks for the warning. I've been getting desperate. Got 1.5k in hardware sitting at my house with no graphics card. The thought of just buying an AMD has been popping up in my mind
You're absolutely right, even the 1060 can outperform it in certain scenarios !

An RTX 2060. By actual pricing (not theoretical MSRPs), a 2060 is $50 more but provides drastically better performance.
I just watched a video from LTT and it really is not doing great. I guess I'll just stick to my 570 for now.
