(I will pay) Need Help to decompile program to get and convert TCP data

Hi,
I have a program that connects remotely to poultry house management device and gets gets and set data on it.
I was contact with producer to get API to integrate incoming data with my personel Grafana dasboard, but they are not supplying API.
The program is connecting to remote device with TCP protocol(has handskaing) and gets data in ASCII format and converts its data to values like humidity, temperature etc.
I want to write a script that runs 7/24 in Linux to connect device and convert incoming data to meaningfull values.
Is it possible to decompile the program to make that I want ?

Thanks,
Few years ago I solved similar task for older version 4.09 of this software. Full protocol is large, only part of it has been reversed. Data from device depends on:
- device model,
- configuration settings (can be changed by user).
Therefore, solution must be made specifically for your device(s).

PM me if interested.
