Does it matter? You can transfer over but the port has to be different. Why do you need to use the same port? Unless your server doesn’t allow for you to open a new one? Or you can’t listen to a new one? Idk your issue either way, but no you can’t listen to the same port on the same server... unless you had two different servers. Open up a new port and transfer or just stop listening on the other and listen onto to the updated RAT server.

Yes you can transfer just update your new client.exe on your bots

Applications cannot use the same port at the same time so if you have 2 different RAT software running at the same time you need to use a different port. To transfer your slaves you can use download and execute feature.
