User never delivered refund as offered, told me he had "university" to attend to but claimed he would get my codes. I asked him why he'd go about accepting or offering services on HF if he was going to not be able to fulfill, and he assured me I would get them.
Lol, not so much the case.
TLDR: never got my nitro, dude said he would refund as I sent him $85 for 3 nitro 1 year classic codes ($10 extra to cover gas as it was ETH). After a few days he removed our conversation on TG & just accepted my contract on HF I originally started for the purchase a few days ago.
As I'm unsure what all can be done about a user scamming in such a matter, as removing the conversation takes away from a few things.
So my best advice would be clearly DWC, as this user is so hungry he beamed $85 ETH.
