Does anyone know how to possibly take whats left on a Vanilla Prepaid Non-Reloadable Gift Card and get it onto say a Paypal Account? I thought i saw my buddy do it one time and was just wondering if it works?

You can link it to your paypal and send the money to your friend, and he gives you the money after withdrawing. I don't think theres any other way
