• In order to work together, you must agree to using a forum contract.
  
• We will not deal with anyone who has open deal disputes.

• You agree to pay half amount upfront, and the rest once the week or month is over - no discussion.

• No refunds are available unless we don't even start working on your project. Refund will be issues within 7 business days.
  
• When doing social media management for you, you must give us access to your social media profiles. Otherwise we DO NOT guarantee results!

Here is my review, as promised

Patronus has been a gent through this short, but beneficial trial. Communication has been clear and swift (both on HF and Discord). All grammar, etc. was faultless.

The social report and audit were clearly written, with some true nuggets of information and advice. The report was split into several distinct sections, including summary, target audience, roadmap, post examples and future content.

All these sections provided helpful and guided assistance for growing my various social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram and TikTok).

Being upfront, there were things that I already knew I should be doing better but also aspects, that I hadn’t thought about or read about.

Patronus also provided additional assistance on Discord, and I have already actioned some of the advice. We will see the difference it makes in the following weeks.

As part of the trial, I received 3 x post examples that were obviously incredibly HQ and thought out, in terms of relevancy to my brand.
