On Feb 6 2022 I paid $125 USD for 50 Google Reviews ($2.5 USD each).

On March 5 2022 I gave him a spreadsheet containing a bunch of reviews I wrote, all he had to do was have them posted.

He advised he will work on it right away and has been ignoring me on Telegram ever since.

He receives my messages and comes online several times but does not open my messages likely because he muted me and does not intend to do the work.

He even read my HF PM

I purchased his SMS service a few days prior to this and he was very cooperative and got the job done. I saw he offered Google Reviews so I wanted to hire him to do that...and then I guess I got scammed lol

yes but to give him the job done , its required to know all information from his side , and on site here it is not possible .
also all our conversation of deal gone through telegram conversation only , so once he read my message , I told him what he has to do mate
