Q; What does Checkpoint_required mean after a scrape?
A; This is Instagram's way of telling you to fuck off for the most part, aka being Rate-Limited by the API, adding a Phone Number should fix it.
Q; What does Challenge_required mean?
A; Instagram is once again rate-limiting you, try using proxies.
Q; Are proxies required?
A; Not necessarily required, however you should use them, helps with rate-limitations and also makes sure your Home IP doesn't get blacklisted.
Q; What proxies are recommended?
A; HTTP Proxys will work fine, just make sure you're using IP:Port:Username:Password format.

It scrapes Emails, Numbers, Links etc that people have linked on their profile(like when you see the "email" button on their profile on Phone), works with business profiles & also regular profiles.

Just something that has to be this way, it's to help with rate limitations that the Mobile API does, the main reason it may looks slow is because if you get a rate limit, it'll pause for a set time frame you set, wait the limit out then go again, thats also why it looks stuck sometimes, hope this answers it for you.
