Lets just say lifes been rough since the age of three, but im still alive and here. All im looking for is beginning material like @patientzero sent to the 15 year old kid who wanted to start, my end goal is to get into the computers at the mental health services in my country as they have been putting me in and out of the ward for the past four years (since turning 18) they deny any information that comes from the right side of the brain and have repeatedly told me i cant earn money or that they dont want me being creative, I feel annoyed and would love to have a way out. Im forced to take zuclopenthixol every two weeks and it is the worst mental torture a human who needs all his senses fully operating. So where do I begin? how should I go about getting into the system? my first thought since ive put usbs in their computers before is to do it again, this time with some sort of fucking RAT. Where do I begin this adventure?

well, you can start with replacing the endless self-pity in your post with some actually useful information that will let people advise you.
(like, seriously man. everyone goes through shit, and no one cares.)

what do you have access to? do you have your own personal computer to actually access internal systems remotely if you did use a RAT?
any internal office computers, are they running windows or mac? what version? are they on their own internal LAN or do they connect through a VPN to something more like a CAN that manages multiple buildings? or are all devices just connected to a wireless hotspot?
how much access do you have to internal computers? you mentioned plugging in a usb, but are you able to actually do something within a minute (i.e. using mouse/keyboard to actually run your payload yourself), or is plugging in a USB basically all you're able to do without anyone noticing?
for the latter case, do you have some spare $ lying around to invest in a badUSB?
what's your actual end-goal in doing all this? (deleting your files doesn't actually do anything btw, backups exist and so do hard-copies.)

i mean shit, this only scrapes the surface. you'll have more questions as you actually start gathering information and executing your plans.

be more specific. it's obvious you don't actually have the discipline (or time, really) to start from scratch and learn all the fundamentals, and that you're just looking for a simple, specific solution to your extremely vague problem.

It'd be extremely helpful to have this in context to be honest, but fuck, why do you guys also preface a thread with, "I'm going to commit a crime, what's the best way to do it?"

there was a time when i would respond with a typical "illegal, dont ask bout it bc ur doing urself more harm than good" but as of late, kinda dont gaf anymore lol. natural selection will sort it out.

if anything, these kinds of posts give me an opportunity to think about methodology and attack vectors, at least keeping me in touch with the theoretical side of things.
