As the title says, I'm looking for writers who can write good content for a blog I'm launching.

Authors will get 30% of the ad revenue on the article for life, this is just minimum.

I run a website, it's a chat room in the same niche that gets over 80,000 visits a month. So between that Brand, Google, Twitter, the unique name, and good content the blog should perform pretty well in the long run.

I'm interested in writing but I do not understand how will the ad revenue be shared. Even at 60% share in Google ads earnings based on a single page would hardly make any money for the writers.

It's definitely a long term project with passive income potential.

My chat site one of the ad zones gets over 5,000 impressions a day and the ad sells for $71 a month.

And I believe with time and quality content that the blog could be just as big.
