Just do what alcoholics do and keep going until you develop a life-threatening illness.

EDIT: I feel like I should mention that I was a raging alcoholic and just decided to stop one day because I knew it was starting to become a problem. You literally just have to make the choice not to ingest the shit. It's actually pretty simple, just don't do it. I still want to catch a buzz from alcohol but I consciously make the decision not to.

Qdoba is really good, I get it about once a month.

Pancheros > Qdoba > Chipotole

Don’t get me wrong, I love chipotle but I’ve had the worst experiences there with service compared to the others. Pancheros is the best hands down though.
