Fentanyl is running rapid thru the US boarder. Overdoses are at a all time high. This is a serious problem because where I live there has been hundreds of over doses just here where I live. ive lost friends and also a family member due to fentanyl. what’s are y’all’s opinion on this?

Fentanyl isn't fun.
Most of the time it's mixed into a supply and cut in order to add yield. Inproperly mixed or adding to much can be fatal.

Also there's a more extreme drug called carfentanil which is quite literally an elephant tranquilizer that's being added to drugs. It's 100x more potent than fentanyl and 10,000x more potent than morphine.

I agree completely and also thank you for your services. I was on fentanyl for 4 months before I went into rehab. I’m a year clean now and it was really REALLY hard to get off of. I can’t imagine anything more potent than fentanyl that’s actually insane. my cousin overdosed and it really woke me up that okay there’s a serious problem. never had to use narcan fortunately but the withdrawal I had in rehab was horrible. I threw up for days.

Experienced drug users will actually seek out dealers that just supplied someone with an overdose because they know it's strong.
If you don't have a tolerance for it, we push a shit ton of narcan. But it's generally not enough.

Haha I try not to keep a tally.

I worked EMS before the military in a much bigger city.
Seen my fair share of needles still in a clearly deceased body.

Oh true. After reading your reply I remembered a documentary I watched on YouTube about it, really interesting stuff. Anyway, the dealer they interviewed said the same thing, they want the stuff that's killing people. It's wild!
