Okay so I believe the government are somehow preventing the 'victims' from connecting to my RAT. I infect (testing purposes ofc) I don't know how they're doing this though.

I'm using a .bat to disable windows defender, and bitsadmin to download other payloads.

Victims are running the .bat directly and it should be working.

Could they be interfering with my hosts traffic? Or my DNS? When I ping my DNS it gives me my port forwarded VPN's IP (so wtf)

How can they do this? Who do they think they are? Please help. 😎

There is only one solution to this problem. Format into tails live boot and purchase 10 windows VPS servers from iceland.

Are you serious? I thought of getting tails before... I only have a mac though fml maybe it's time to invest in a laptop to use tails with.

1st make a virtual box and install windows. Next try your bat file locally.
You will find problem and next fix it
