v22.4.1
Usually, when I resize a layer with Ctrl + T, I can drag the transform controls and resize while maintaining the aspect ratio. If I hold Shift, it will resize without the aspect ratio.
For whatever reason, this has been inverted recently. Now my default resize stretches the layer and Shift keeps the aspect ratio.
I've tried checking and unchecking the "Use Legacy Free Transform" in preferences (Ctrl + K), but it doesn't do anything.
