I purchased this on 2022-04-11, original post says 2+ weeks for delivery

I kept asking for updates every week, only some went answered, and it was the usualy "yes its taking longer", and just kept trying to sell me other things too

I asked for a refund on 2022-05-22, and he ignored that private message. I asked again for a refund on 2022-05-24 and he ignored me again. It's likely that he is exit scamming

In any case, I tried to keep you updated all along the way but it's been taking a bit longer for the freelancers I hired to deliver the work. This is the reason why I decided to offer you full access to the product in my signature, which actually costs double the amount that you paid me, so that you would be able to complete the procedure yourself quicker and easier with your real information - because utilizing a protonmail account with fake info severely decreases the chances of making this happen. However at this stage I've invested both time and money to complete the order so it's not possible to receive a refund at this time. I'm working to expedite the delivery process and proceed with completing your order ASAP - and then I will close that sales thread cause honestly it's not worth the time and effort lol.

In any case, I'm completely open to discussing further and reaching an agreeable conclusion that works for both sides. I'm not a scammer and never have been in the 14 years I've been here. Let's take this discussion privately but please keep in mind that my IRL engagements keep me busy so I don't login on HF often, however I try to do my best to provide support for customers & community members.
