It's frivolous and should be thrown out of court. But it's NY and this is how they go after you in this country. Just like Trump and the NY AG going after him too. Musk is the enemy of the Left now and they're gonna keep going after him.
Unlike Trump, Musk has literally done nothing wrong.
The powerful elites are trying very hard to bury him. Trying to fuck a woman then paying her to keep quiet after she rejected him is the worst thing they got him on currently. Now this frivolous lawsuit to follow? Absolutely nuts.
