When setting a user title and using the ampersand "&" it does not register correctly.

i.e.

[Cooligan]

Can vouch this does happen.

For the longest time I had "&;alt3" or something like that instead of the "<3" that's there now.

Xero hooked me up one day a while back though and manually put a "<3" in my motto when he was still admin, that's the only reason it works in mine.

It's because user titles are encoded via htmlspecialchars() on the backend.
It's because certain characters are being replaced by this function on the backend.
