I recommend you guys to not use this guys middleman's service. I was using him as a MM for a deal with a customer of mine. After my customer abused the method and got it done wrong, his accounts got banned and he lost 150$. Ninja refunded him the whole amount as he is low quality middleman. Use reliable middlemans as you may have bad experience with this one !

As a Mm you should be fair to both parties and you were not fair to me, this is why I recommend people to use other Mm rather than you. Maybe learn how to be a MM first.

Just because I sent a refund to the buyer, I am unfair?
Whichever case I decided, I would have sent the funds. Its not like I am able to keep the funds if both parties fight.

Your method requirements did not include everything, you told a few requisites in the middle of the deal when you should have mentioned these at the start. The buyer lost 150$ to test out your method. You agreed in chat that "part of the method" is patched. There was someone else complaining about your method on your sales page but he got his post removed, not sure why. The last thing, learn to speak respectfully before you go out to provide your services.

I know that buyer did a mistake or 2 but then he knows that and not bitching about his loss. Maybe you can learn something from him.
