Were you not selling the entire site in a different thread? Sorry if I'm incorrect but I thought I recalled seeing that; either way best of luck with sales and I'm happy to see you're sticking with it! You got something good on your hands, with that revenue you can use the organic traffic and current userbase to branch to something else (if necessary in the future)

I have quite a lot of developers under my belt, so I'm interested. How many workers do you currently employ and what's their pay schedule like (performance-based, base + bonus, etc)
