i want to add a file (.ps1 script) (direct download from server) to run on startup using the windows registry

This will flesh a Powershell window after every restart if added to start-up.
Will make user suspicious about it.

for persistence instead of running from registry you can use scheduled tasks for power shell execution or bit admin also
