I am starting my journey here, just want to know what does any member at HF has to do to become Vendor?

I will get L33t Soon, also I understand the minimum requirement for being UB3R.
But,
I want to know what process/step I need to follow to become one.

To be able to purchase vendor, you have to apply at https://hackforums.net/vendorapply.php

There is a $100 upgrade fee if you are approved.

There are no published criteria. You can reference the note at the bottom of the application page though. "Vendor group is designed for those who are active sellers in our Marketplace". It is expected that Vendors are active marketplace users with positive B-ratings and no open disputes.

I have my goals clear now, thank you sir. I'll aim to become an active seller and positive B-ratings (which I suppose comes from contract system here)

I am not l33t yet, thus unable to view vendor application page.
