So basically what I would need is a Solscan API bot that would scan a single address 24/7 for SPL tokens sent to it.
The bot would have to open the token link, open the external link from token page and check for matching words on external page (6 words).
If it matches any of those words, it should send a notification on TG/Discord/literally anything else that works in realtime.

Sounds relatively simple.

I have made a discord bot before, and I have scraped proxies using BeautifulSoup and Selenium recently. I could make that portion of the script quickly in Python.

I haven’t worked with telegram, so that part would be new.

I’d be interested to know your budget for this.
