1- First of all, we are downloading Adb tools to our PC
2- Then we say open this downloaded file from the command window by holding down SHIFT
3- We connect our device to the PC with the help of usb
4- Please check if my device is listed by typing adb devices in the cmd window that opens
5-In turn, we enter the following codes on the command line .
adb shell
water
rm/data/system/locksettings.db
rm/data/system/locksettings.db-wal
rm/data/system/locksettings.db-shm
reboot
The device will reboot itself and the lock will be removed when it is turned on.

but,how it will unlock the screen if usb debugging is not on,for that we have to turn on the usb debugging and that requires developer mode to be turned on and and as well as usb debugging
