Need some short-term capital to build more onto the Upgrader brand; these are costs I cannot currently take (due to paying existing employees, backend work, etc.) the funds will be used to further market/promote the brand. 

I am selling a 5% share in the business for $500 or a 10% share for $750, both are nulled once a 500% ROI is returned ($500 -> $2,500 / $750 -> $3,750) unless a partnership is developed past capital.

Can show past sales stats, upcoming plans, current offerings, ROI, etc. to those who are seriously interested and can provide proof of funds.

Honestly, I feel comfortable answering some here publicly on the thread. I'm only taking in one user so first come first serve.

How fast is the ROI?

We hit $2,000 in first month sales; we are expecting to increase the number in the following months. Margins vary although profits here is around $PM ME, we started July 6th with 0 advertising outside of HF and are actively looking for further advertising which is why I'm offering a share of the business (marketing capital). Your share would be paid out of profits although I can comfortably say this is the fastest investment you will ever touch with said returns (that are secured)

What makes you different from your competitor?

Out product offerings, pricing, store layout, support, you name it we are likely better in that field. If you'd like to see external testimonials you can PM me.

What specials you got coming that sets you out from the rest?

Assuming this is related to products we are on the cutting edge of all available products, feel free to go through our store and if you can find another store offering all of my products I'll personally give you a reward. Some are also exclusive products (picked up from 1 of 1 sellers or @ 1 of 1 rates that we work closely with). For what's "coming" we have a entire new store coming with new offerings related to a difference sector (Not PAU).

We only offer lifetime on a select number of products that we are confident the method is either too complex or too private to die off, if it does we offer a partial refund depending on length of use.

Ex. If a product is $19.99/year we may offer lifetime for $39.99; if the method dies a year in the refund amount would be $20. If it dies 2 years in it would have been 'fulfilled' as the partial refund quota has been met.

Being an existing customer of mine you know how I operate; that's not to say any investment, especially one sourced from a forum is completely 'risk-free' but I assure you it is in both of our best interests for this to last long term. I have no intentions or 'possibilities' of wanting to do so.
