At first, this person tried to set different contract terms than discussed in DMs, after telling him to set proper terms, he attempted this once more. Always read the contract contents twice before dealing with him. Such sketchy acting should have been the first indicator that this user is far from being genuine, masking his nefarious intentions with fake politeness.
Moving onto the terms themselves, he did not fulfill them. None of the promises, but live chat support were delivered nor proven to be worked on. (Though it is moot how much time he actually spent on the live chat)
Obviously he used the 50$ "upfront" payment to pay his own deeds, not caring about the service itself. Not mentioning he requested additional 5$ withdrawal fee for his crypto wallet without including it in the contract.
As he set the service ultimatum date himself, it is unacceptable for him not to complete the request due the date without further notice or consultation. Not updating us about the task progress as the deadline approached, it was certain he was not working on it at all.
Return the 50$ (and the additional 5$ if you will), either in sales or BTC directly or this dispute shall be warning for those who dare to deal with you.
