1- Go to the Google Play Store and install an application called Packet Capture.
2- Once the application is installed, open it and press the play symbol with a 1 and put the Whatsapp application.
3- Call the person and when he answers and then hang up, and Packet Capture will show the person's IP

I didn’t know WhatsApp calling was p2p, thanks. I assume this would work from an iPhone or so as well if you use a tool like burpsuite to intercept all packages?

You could use grabifiy and SE your victim to click the link ... This is the simplest way I know

THIS WILL NOT WORK!! WhatsApp isn't P2P. You are making a connection to WhatsApp's servers and the person you are communicating is also making a connection with WhatsApp's server - there is no direct connection between your device and your partner's device. You are only going to get the IP of the WhatsApp server, with which you can do nothing.
