Need admin privileges on guest account (without knowing or changing admin password)

In short, my girlfriend and I have some trust issues now. I have a guest account on her desktop, but I don't know the admin password.

I'm looking to get admin privileges on the guest account WITHOUT her knowing. So, without changing her password on her admin account.

Yes, this sounds shady, but so is having long conversations on FB with an ex, and so is not following through on boundaries we agreed on. I just want to make sure I can truly trust her (which I know is ironic considering this is a breach of her trust). I just don't know any other better way to check and make absolutely sure it's not going on anymore and there isn't anything else I haven't found yet.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I'm fairly tech-savvy, but not to the point where I'm fluent in DOS, Java, stuff like that. Only one I'm versed in is C++, which I don't see doing me any good here.

then you already understand how stupid of an idea this is.

scenario one:
you get her passwords and find out what you are looking for. turns out, false flag. nothing to concern you. you go back to your daily life. a week from now you freak out and check again. still nothing. rinse and repeat every X days.
turns out, you're just a schizoid and your girl deserves better than you.

scenario two:
you get her passwords and find out what you are looking for. turns out, you were right all along. you break up with her.

scenario three:
you get in but she finds out. she breaks up with you because you violated her trust. doesnt matter if you were justified or not, or if you did find dirt. if you did, she just goes back to her ex, and if you didn't then you hurt her for no reason instead of having a civilized discussion like normal adults.

scenario three a:
before you say "i tried to have civilized discussions and it didn't work!" then please understand that maybe you should have realized that the relationship would not last as a result, and you are wasting all your time and effort trying to force it to work.

as you can see, there is nothing good that can come out of this. realistically, you only have two options:
1. trust her
2. break up with her.

personally, i would lean towards option two because it sounds like there are enough issues that just can't be resolved (both of you are at fault) and it's better to just start anew. if your concerns are justified, she doesn't even get hurt by it since she goes back to her ex.

if you really do believe in making the relationship work, you're just going to have to trust her blindly. whether or not that's the right call is up to you i guess.

but you know what? i'll humour you.

have a look into a tool called chntpw. i used to use it back in highschool to remove parental controls off my friends' computers so we could play video games all night long. it has a few features, im sure one of them will be what you're looking for.
