Many webmasters, agencies, marketers, blogs, and business owners are always looking for scaleable ranking opportunities. If you have a blog or website and want to increase your traffic or conversions, consider purchasing a guest post. Guest posts can be purchased for a variety of prices, depending on the traffic of the given website, authority, and niche. See below for the basics to help get you started.
What is a guest post and why should consider them
A guest post is an article that you write for someone else's blog or content publishing network. It's a great way to build relationships with other webmasters, and it can also help you increase your traffic and potential conversions by building topical relevant backlinks to the pages that you want to rank.
How to find high-quality sites that are relevant to your niche
A great resource that I use is icopify.co(ref link, plz bb. If you liked this guide, help an HF member out?). This is a great marketplace that does the heavy lifting for you. You can sort by niche, traffic, pricing, and worthless metrics like DA and PA. I use this marketplace to quickly identify high-quality guest posting sites in my niche that I can contact for business.
Reach out and negotiate
Once you've found a site that meets your requirements, reach out to the owner and negotiate a price. Be sure to include all of the details in your agreement, such as the topic of the post, word count, and deadline. The owner or publisher will have requirements as well, make sure you meet or exceed them. There can be more than one publisher, please note the completion rate of these publishers, as some are worthless. Do not go for the lowest price when the publisher has a 30% completion rate and they are new.
Do not be fooled by worthless metrics
There are a lot of metrics that people use to judge the quality of a website, but the reality is that most of these metrics are complete garbage. I see a lot of people get fooled by things like Domain Authority (DA) and Page Authority (PA). Just because a site has a high DA or PA, does not mean it's a high-quality site. Many of these sites sell links and have very little traffic. The only metrics that you should care about are traffic and engagement. If a site has high traffic and engagement, that's a good indication that it's a high-quality site. Though some niches have small traffic, use your best judgment.

Tips for promoting your guest post once it's published
Once your guest post is published, you'll want to start promoting it. There are a number of ways to promote your post, and I'm going to share with you some of my favorite methods.
Share it on social media
One of the best ways to promote your post is to share it on social media. Make sure to post a link to the post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and any other social media platforms that you use. You can also share the post on relevant groups and forums. Don't spam.
Email your list
If you have an email list, you can email your subscribers about the post. This is a great way to drive traffic to the post and increase conversions.
Submit it to popular blog directories
There are several popular blog directories where you can submit your guest post.
Reach out to bloggers in your niche
Reach out to bloggers in your niche and let them know about the post. Many bloggers are always looking for content to share with their readers.
Buy trash fiver backlinks or create a blogger page with your guest post link.....wait, what?
Just to give your GUEST POST, for the love of god don't link this to your money site, a little bump for indexing. This technique, with actual effort, is an easier way to increase your page rank without increased risk.
Guest posting can be a great way to get your content in front of a new audience and increase traffic to your website, but more for increasing your rank. I would not expect actual traffic or conversions from these. If it happens, great! But temper your expectations.

If a site has high traffic and engagement, that's a good indication that it's a high-quality site. Though some niches have small traffic, use your best judgment.
Qualifying Keys:
- Make sure the site is relevant to your niche. This is very important. Topical relevance is a metric for gauging spam.
- Check the stats to see how many readers the site has or monthly traffic. Traffic does not have to be monstrous. A high-quality blog or website can have low visitors if the niche is small.
- Check to make sure they run ads. An easy way to check is to look at their ads.txt file. (domain.com/ads.txt) Not all ad networks are created equal. Why is this important? Ad networks have strict guidelines. They will outright reject low-quality content, and they filter websites for you.
- If the site is part of a content network, check to see if they are transparent about it. A good indication is an "About" page that lists all of the bloggers who have contributed.
- Qualify guest posting networks by their link-building tactics. Some use white hat methods while others use black hat methods. You want to be associated with sites that use white hat methods. For example, view the source code of thetechbizz.com. They have hidden dofollow backlinks to escort sites, tisk tisk, and they are screwing everyone that they accept. If they only have dofollow backlinks, this is bad as well, check other posts and make sure they nofollow some links.
- You can also qualify them by their prices. If they're too low, they're probably using black hat methods or they don't have high-quality standards.
- You should only work with sites that have a good reputation. Do a quick Google Dork search for "site:[website name]", if they are well indexed, Google sees them as a high-quality source. Just because a website creates a page does not mean google will index and rank it. If your guest post does not get indexed, you just wasted time and money.
- Beware of the "General" blogs. That is just code word for spam-blog-whore that accepts any $5 spun article. Stay FAR away from this, like star wars intro scroll far away.
- Make sure the website is marked in the same geographical location as your money site. You can see this by viewing the page source and looking at this tag: "<meta property="og:locale" content="en_US" />"
- Some are very sneaky and will nofollow all of your links, check the robots meta tag on their other content as well. "<meta name='robots' content='index, follow />" If noindex or nofollow is located here, fail that blog and pass.
