Ebay - Any way to [automatically] drive up your own auction's bids?

Let's say I want to sell an item for minimum $100 but I want to list it at $5 for more watchers

Is there a program or service that will automatically outbid anyone on my own item until it hits $100?
I would outbid the others by like $1 at a time to piss them off and get them attached to it, then pretend to be a sniper and bid like $30 higher with like 3 minutes left of the bid, and they'll probably try to outbid you last minute because everyone hates snipers and they're already attached.

I think you can make a new account and not put any info in, as long as the seller accepts bids from non confirmed accounts
