Can i make a fake wifi acces point and steal people's information?

Passwords, Bank account, phone number etcetra etcetra

I dont have any money to spend and if this is possibble can somebody learn me that?

i don't know which network interface card u have but it's easy to do some stuff and it's hard to do other stuffs , it depends on you . You install wireshark and try to sniff other people's traffic but if it's encrypted it's too hard to do it .

You seem like a beginner, but I'll assume that you know about HTTPS. Any page with a padlock is encrypted. HTTPS Strict Transport Security further prevents access to a website if HTTPS is blocked for whatever reason.

Yes madam you can do that from router settings
rputer not even connected to internet but to your computer
and connect the gateway to your lan1 as a Dns
and then edit your hosts file
and make facebook ip is your server ip
and google ip is your server ip
of course ypu will need install apache on yuor pc
and create scam page for all of those sites
