How often do you dream guys?

For me, I dream every single day because I currently take sleeping pills on a daily basis which leads me to very deep sleep, so whenever I fall asleep I dream.

I sleep like 5 hours a day. but lately, a question is popping into my mind. a few times it happened that I dreamt about someone I had never even remotely seen in my life. a complete stranger to be honest. and then a few months or maybe a year later I'm dreaming again and seeing the same person.

now what comes to my mind is. maybe, when we dream. our mind keeps the memory of dreams in another dimension of our brain or something like that because no matter what, I wasn't able to recall the face of that person IRL except only in a dream. that's weird. how's that possible? and that too after a long time and exact same person. and then my mind telling me that you have dreamt about this person before that's how you know this is a familiar face.

one more thing I also sometimes think about is that maybe our mind has some sort of Cloud Connection in space where all these memories are stored and can only be accessed when we are in the state of dreaming. I know it sounds ridiculous, but the science of dreams in the context of how and what event gets unfold will be something even modern science failed to explain. IDK but I have this firm feeling that somehow our mind and the space have some sort of connection. 💯

Kinda average I guess, not every night, and when I do dream there usually isn't much to it like there used to be.

They say if you're a heavy weed smoker you don't dream, I smoke weed and i don't dream. The last time i dreamt was in jail because i gave up weed while i was inside
